TeamViewer seems one of the leading software in the area. Unfortunately, it is of a little avail for non-commercial use due to tonns of limitations in free version. Literally it’s only for get to know the software and ask your boss to buy it.

One can say rare software can compete with TeamViewer except

free Ammyy Admin which is almost a precise analogue of TeamViewer and allows quick connection to a remote PC within a few seconds, which is too essential for our help desk service.

Anyway my colleagues claim this is a matter of preferences. One likes Ammyy Admin another likes TeamViewer . Choose what you want.

Thanks, You have created wonderful product. We need to take control our client’s machine’s access over the internet for support. We need to integrate TeamViewer in our application for remote assitence. Wemay ship the application in a CD along with our application (if required ?) and our support person can get the access instantly? (May be through command line invoking)
